Delivery costs for flowers ordered in Beograd and vicinity are defined per zones, as follows:

• Beograd city center – 500.00 RSD.

When price of your order is higher than 3.000.00 RSD delivery in city center is free of charge;

• Beograd wider center – 800.00 RSD

• Beograd suburbs 1.200.00 RSD

Which locations are included in flowers delivery?

Delivery of flowers, bouquets and floral arrangements we perform in the entire territory of Beograd and vicinity. If you wish delivery in other cities, please send us your inquiry using contact form at our web site, or other communication channels to make such delivery.

Which is the time of delivery?

Ordered flowers we deliver to home address within 24 hours. The same day delivery is possible when agreed. Our delivery service struggles to deliver an order at agreed time but we keep the right do change agreed time up to +/- 30 minutes.

Can I order flowers to another person?

For sure you can! You can order flowers to some dear person and you can also make yourself happy with floral arrangement. If the person, you have ordered flowers for, is not available, the arrangement can be taken by some other person at that address. You will be informed about received dispatch. If something goes wrong, our team will phone you.

If you order our flowers to a person in some institution (school, hospital, office, hotel), please note correct name and address of such institution, floor, suite number and all other important data.

When delivery is deemed completed?

After hand out is executed we inform purchaser about successful delivery of floral arrangement. Our team is effective in the most of cases but there are sometimes situations when delivery is deemed successful and in fact not delivered:

• In case when receiver does not want to receive the flowers,

• In case when purchaser failed to submit accurate address of receiver,

• In case when receiver is not at quoted address and delivery time is wrong, while other present persons (family, neighbours) do not want to accept such floral arrangement,

• In case of force majeure event due to which is not possible to execute delivery.

In above quoted situations we promptly inform such purchaser, and if contact failed within 30 minutes we will deem such delivery executed. If the flower arrangement is not taken, the purchaser may take it within 24 hours at own expense.
