Complaint information

If you wish to make any complaint, please read all information about procedure and terms.

We accept complains for floral arrangements exclusively in case when submitted within one hour after delivery. Cases when we will approve complains are the following:

  • If our flower shop failed to respect any provision in purchase agreement,

  • In case when flowers are delivered at wrong address,

  • In case when flowers are delivered to wrong person.

When failures are done by our fault the flower shop shall correct any such mistake within shortest possible deadline.

In case when order is cancelled and in case of approved complains, we will return your money back.
